I'm not much for tech stuff but I'll try this. The hat looks fantastic and fits my head very well. It's the first western style hat I've ever had and probably not the last. I'm very satisfied with both the hat and the service. Just one minor problem: You guys send way to many emails. One a week would be enough. Thanks.

Good looking boots. Really like the rubber sole. Outers of the boot seem durable. The inside of the boot at the heal completely came apart after less than six months of regular wear. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I love the hat, but even after measuring my head and ordering the recommended size it fit about a size too big. I bought some sizing tape and now it fits great. The colour was also darker than the pictures but I actually prefer it.
My grandson really wanted this hat for Christmas. I tried to order it three times. The first time the hat was to small. I returned it and after two weeks and no communication except that it had been shipped, the hat never arrived. I tried to find a phone number to call to find out about the order, but it doesn't seem to exist. I kept trying to email you with no response. Finally, I received an email that stated the hat had been destroyed in shipment and so it would be credited. Not replaced, just credited. But you didn't understand. My grandson wanted this hat. I tried to reorder the hat, but it was out of stock. I kept watching the website for inventory, because you did not have a phone number I could call to ask when the hat would be back in stock. After about a month the hat, in the right size, showed up in stock. I ordered it that day. My grandson received it and AGAIN, even though I ordered a Large size, the order online and the paperwork showed the correct Large size ordered, you shipped an X-Large size!! He was so disappointed, but I told him we would just have to return the hat AGAIN and try to find another hat somewhere else. I wish Silver Canyon was as concerned about communicating in person with the customers during the order process as they are in the "after shipment" process!

I have been wearing my silver canyon everyday to go to the barn in all kinds of weather. Fits great, even when I tuck my hair under it. I have abused it and never done more than brush it off. No water spots on it from sudden rain showers. It is my favorite hat for rough wear or a quick trip to the store. .

I realised I simply had to have RED cowboy boots for my 67th birthday — you know, the way you do! These boots are exactly the right look for me. I’ve been dog walking in them, and they are perfectly comfortable. Good price, too!
Now all I need to do is learn line dancing.

Cute boot but needed a size 8 which was all sold out so I ordered a 8 1/2 which I had to return because they were too big.

Shipping was quick. But whenever I opened the box the hat had a dent in the front left side around the temple area.
I didn’t have time to return due to the wedding so I was hoping it would eventually relax on its own but it hasn’t.
I haven’t taken the time to call customer service to report this issue yet. So I’ll see what they can do after I contact them? Maybe I should have waited to leave a review!

Last year I purchased 6 pair of boot socks from a high end bootmaker. They lasted four month and were threadbare in all the familiar places. These look and feel great … am confident they will wear well … Really pleased with the quality so far!
This review is for the company‘s service, not the boots. We bought a pair of boots for our granddaughter for Christmas several weeks ago but then when we saw her mom we were told they’ll be too small. We hadn’t kept an order number or the email but with just one note to customer service we got a quick response and were able to handle a return and a new order for a larger size very easily and quickly. Much appreciated and now we’re just hoping she loves the boots on Christmas!

These boots are good quality, classic design. I had to order one size larger. I normally wear 11EE and I had to return those and get a 12EE. Easy return. It took about a week to receive the refund.

These boots are both comfy and affordable. I wear them everyday to the office. I ordered my normal shoe size and they are loose enough to feel like I'm not wearing shoes, almost like slippers that zip. I love them!
